When a child travel consent should be translated

What to look out for
Names spelling
It is better to write the surname and name of the child, his/her parents and accompanying persons as in their passports. Also note that the patronymic in Latin is not given there, so it is often omitted. It is recommended to clarify this moment in advance at a visa center or representative office of the country of arrival.
Attention to detail
The document contains a lot of personal data such as passport numbers, birth certificate information, dates, etc., and even a seemingly minor typo in the numbers can lead to serious difficulties up to and including denial of a visa or entry into the country.

If there is already an Apostille on the consent, it must be indicated in the translation. This also applies to any other seals, stamps, marks.
