Why do I need a translator's seal
We certify the translation with the seal and signature of a certified translator at the request of our clients who often need it when applying for a visa, for internal reporting in organizations, when contacting a foreign clinic. The purpose of such a procedure is to prove that the translation was made by a certified specialist, when no registration in the official state notarial register is needed. This type of acknowledgement usually includes the name of the translator, their personal signature, and the official seal of the company. When translating documents into a foreign language, we also duplicate this information in the target language. Keep in mind that when choosing the type of certification, it is better to know in advance the requirements of the organization or body to which you are going to submit the translation.
Time of completion
BetterLetter certifies documents translated by our company free of charge. This procedure does not require additional time traveling to notaries and is completed within an hour or faster. We can also certify your own translations. In this case, you need to make sure that it is correct, for which we recommend to order additional editing or proofreading. The cost of certification in this case is calculated on the number of documents.
