Do I need to certify the translation from/into Armenian?

Do I need to put an apostille?
The Republic of Armenia is one of the signatories of the Minsk Agreement of January 22, 1993 on simplification of document circulation. This means that no additional legalization is required to use Armenian documents in Russia. The same works backwards. Usually, in order to use a document in Armenia or Russia, it is enough to get a notarized translation into the state language of that country.
Armenia is also a party to the Hague Convention of 1961, which in turn makes it possible to apostille documents and use them in other states of this agreement, the number of which by the end of May 2024 already exceeds 120 countries. Documents apostilled in Armenia will be valid in Russia and vice versa.
Can I do my own translation into Armenian?
